Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within one day. If order is placed over the weekend, it will be processed on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and it causes a delay, you will be notified at the time of your order with an estimate of when your order will be delivered.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We work with Canada Post to deliver our packages to you with free shipping. The normal delivery time is estimated to be 3-5 business days. 

If you are subscribed, your delivery will be shipped during the second week of every month. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

 

Once the shipment has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

 

MySheet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

MySheet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
